A Relationship...

HEY GUYS!!!
I kind of started writing this blog before giving it a title, i think it's cos i dont know what to call it and im scared to call it Relationship, i am not ready to write about that, im still doing my research. Also i apologise in advance if i go off topic, i WILL get back to my point lol.
However, i am dedicating this blog to my friend-again,not gonna mention her name but she inspired and permitted me to write this, so here goes:
This is the case study (i usually have one dont i?lol) she has been with her boyfriend for about three or four years. she's very much in love with him and now she doesn't think he feels the same. Obviously, when she called me up about it, i told her to talk to him because he's not psychic, he needs to know what she's thinking or feeling and then try to amend what needs to be fixed. She said she had already talked to him about it and whenever she brings stuff up he says stuff like she's jealous and is trying to limit him and his lifestyle. According to her, he ALWAYS on his phone, when he's not talking, he's texting and when he's not texting, he's blackberrying (yes i said it- BLACKBERRYING). Also, there are certain ways in which he speaks to other girls which she felt were inappropiate so whenever they spend time together, um they don't. He's busy. She just felt that she was not enough to keep his attention and felt very depressed about it.
Hearing this, i did not know what to say because im not a relationship expert- she didn't tell me stuff like "he hit me" or "i caught him with someone else" those have easy answers...
BUT i did say to her, that she needs to think about herself. I know this much, if you're not happy for any reason, in a relationship, and it doesn't seem like it will ever be resolved- the EXIT sign is bright and clear. Ofcourse she's jealous, other people get what she doesn't get- his time and attention.
The reason why i said that is because people go into relationships for MANY reasons. Unfortunately as the months go by, you start to realise who they REALLY are or what they're really like. I mean whether you like it or not- YOU CAN ONLY FRONT FOR SO LONG. The way she is, is just not in sync with the way he is. It's possible that he's not cheating or being a fool, it just may be that he's socialising, he doesn't understand that sometimes quality time alone with the wifey or hubby is one of the best kinda gifts. She also tried to talk to him about it and he made it seem like she's a bad person- not seeing it as something that bothers her and making her unhappy in the relationship and someone who doesn't care about what bothers you or makes you happy is not worthy of your time and/or emotions.
I don't know if you get what i'm trying to say but this happens to a lot of people, it happens to guys too, where their girls just disrespect the idea of them and for guys it CAN be quite hurtful cos their ego's involved, it means so much to a guy when he knows for sure that no matter who steps to his girl or tries to buy her the world he can't afford, nothing will shake her love for him.
If you say you love someone- show it. These days, talk is VERY CHEAP. Valueless. Nonsense. If your actions are not in sync with your words, "don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you".
I'd like to tell you that if you're in a relationship and you feel emotionally drained or hurt or anything that's not pure happiness and love- you may need to get out of it, not only is it fair on you, it's unfair to the other person cos you're just wasting emotions and deceiving eachother...and if you'd like to make it work, it's best to talk about and know what you have going on. A big factor that's causing people a lot of stress is their relationships- please make yours right (and yes even the platonic ones)
I hope that made sense, and i hope it'll help my friend when she reads it...off to the beginning to give this blog a title lol wish me luck
TILL NEXT TIME
xx

My question is: how do you deal with someone you like and and he or she claims to love you, but you are not in a relationship with this person. But you have reasons to believe the words is not in sync with their actions?
